ClearPath Loans is a loan-matching platform, not a lender. We collect your information and match you with licensed third-party lenders who may offer you a personal installment loan. We do not make lending decisions, set rates, or extend credit.

3. Eligibility

• A U.S. resident
• Able to provide valid contact information
• Able to provide accurate financial information

4. User Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Your use of our service complies with all applicable laws
• You will not use our service for fraudulent or illegal purposes

5. No Guarantee of Loan Offer

Submitting an application does not guarantee a loan offer, approval, or funding. All lending decisions are made solely by the individual lender based on their underwriting criteria and applicable state law. We make no representations about the likelihood of approval or the terms you will receive.

6. Consent to Contact & TCPA

By submitting your application and checking the consent box, you expressly authorize us and our lender partners to contact you via telephone (including automated calls and pre-recorded messages), SMS/text, and email.

You may opt out at any time by visiting our Opt-Out page.

7. Information Sharing

When you submit your application, we share your information with our network of licensed lenders to facilitate loan offers. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of any lender that contacts you. We are not responsible for how lenders use or protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: ClearPath Loans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearPath Loans, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of our service
