If you have submitted an application or wish to stop receiving communications from ClearPath Loans and our lender partners, you can opt out using the form below.

Ways to Opt-Out

1. Online Form (Fastest)

Use the form below to opt out of all communications:

Success! Your request has been processed. You should stop receiving communications within 48 hours. We will maintain your opt-out request for at least 5 years.

Please provide at least one piece of information above to process your opt-out request.

2. Email

Send an opt-out request to:

What Happens When You Opt-Out?

Important: Opting out does NOT affect any existing loan or debt obligations you may have with a lender. You must continue to make payments on any active loans. This opt-out only stops marketing and solicitation communications.

Do Not Call Registry

You can also register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or by calling (888) 382-1222. However, you may still receive calls from lenders if you have previously given consent via our form.

TCPA Rights

Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), you have the right to revoke your consent to receive calls, texts, and automated messages at any time. Your opt-out request will be recorded and honored within 48 hours.
