If you have submitted an application or wish to stop receiving communications from ClearPath Loans and our lender partners, you can opt out using the form below.
Ways to Opt-Out

Use the form below to opt out of all communications:

What Happens When You Opt-Out?
- ClearPath Loans will immediately stop contacting you via email, phone, and SMS.
- We will instruct our lender partners to stop contacting you within 48 hours.
- Your request will be honored for at least 5 years as required by law.
- You will not receive any further marketing communications from us or our lenders.
Do Not Call Registry
You can also register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov or by calling (888) 382-1222. However, you may still receive calls from lenders if you have previously given consent via our form.
TCPA Rights
Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), you have the right to revoke your consent to receive calls, texts, and automated messages at any time. Your opt-out request will be recorded and honored within 48 hours.
